Hitachi Legacy FutureStage CRM CRM Hitachi Systems 2017 2017
In 2017, TOSEI Japan implemented FutureStage, a CRM, to centralize wholesale sales, purchasing and inventory management across its Japan operations. Hitachi Systems served as the system integrator and led a rapid 100 day deployment, achieving production go live in April 2017. The deployment of FutureStage focused on 販売管理 and 受発注 processes and extended to purchasing and inventory modules, with configuration for order processing workflows and inventory master data. The implementation explicitly added lot and serial traceability labeled 機番, the functionality designed to support after sales quality control and traceability across sold equipment and parts. Operational coverage was limited to Japan and spanned wholesale sales teams, purchasing and inventory management functions, and after sales quality processes. Architecturally the project emphasized transactional order management, lot level inventory tracking and customer master integration typical of CRM systems, while maintaining configured workflows for 得意先プロセス and order to cash related activities. Governance and rollout were executed as a rapid program under Hitachi Systems, with process standardization across sales and purchasing required for 機番 traceability and a production go live in April 2017. FutureStage was the named application used to realize these capabilities within TOSEI Japan, and the configuration decisions centered on enabling serial traceability to support after sales quality assurance and service traceability.
