The Finance Controller maintained ownership of configuration and reporting, and established processes for joint venture accounting workflows and external audit responses. The deployment is recorded as a successful implementation of Viewpoint ProContractor, enabling Total Site Services, LLC to operate Viewpoint ProContractor Construction ERP for end-to-end accounting and project control across its contract portfolio.
