Operational coverage centered on finance and procurement functions, with finance owning audit readiness, weekly AP reporting to senior management, and vendor communication to provide assurance of timely payments.
Governance and process changes formalized month end close checklists, journal entry approval routing, and reconciliations within Oracle NetSuite ERP, and structured audit support workflows to provide necessary backup and explanations to external auditors.
