In 2018, TradeStation implemented Emburse Enterprise. The Emburse Enterprise deployment served as the core Expense Management platform to support accounts payable and corporate card workflows, processing roughly 200 to 400 invoices weekly and handling payments for international and local brokers.
Functional scope included invoice processing and payment orchestration, corporate credit card reconciliation, expense report intake and approval workflows, vendor record management, fixed asset reporting during month end, and 1099 preparation for independent vendors. Expense reports were processed and approved through Chrome River for payments while Emburse Enterprise was used to centralize expense management and corporate card payment preparation.
The implementation coincided with a transition to a new accounting program Dynamics 365, creating requirements for posting and month end reporting integration between the Expense Management layer and the accounting ledger. Operational coverage spanned accounts payable, treasury, tax, and month end close functions, and included sales tax payments for certain states and payments to both broker and corporate vendor payees.
Governance emphasized a weekly processing cadence for invoices, preparation and recording of end of month reports, and a maintained filing system for all vendor records, with responsibility for investigating and resolving pending vendor issues. TradeStation used Emburse Enterprise in Expense Management to centralize corporate card payments and support 1099 workflows while staffing was cross trained across departments to sustain approval and payment processes.

TradeStation LivePerson Conversational Cloud thus operates as the front-line conversational interface for customer interactions on the site.
Operational governance centers on conversation design controls, escalation workflows to human agents, and compliance oversight appropriate for financial services communications. Ongoing tuning and analytics were implied through the platform configuration to manage intent accuracy and routing as part of the conversational support function.
