Syncfusion Legacy Bold BI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Traffic Diversions Group, part of Altus Group, deployed Bold BI from Syncfusion to embed operational dashboards on its public website. The Bold BI implementation serves as a customer-facing Analytics and BI layer, surfacing scheduling, traffic management and contract performance dashboards to clients and stakeholders. The deployment used core Bold BI capabilities including interactive dashboards, visualizations, scheduled reports and embedded widgets, configured for role based access and published views. Configuration work centered on dashboard design, data model mapping and user profile segmentation to separate client facing content from internal operational views. Data ingestion was organized around feeds from internal operational databases and reporting extracts, using Bold BI connectors and scheduled ingestion processes to keep web facing dashboards current. Operational scope included operations and client services teams, with governance established through centralized dashboard ownership, approval workflows for published views and a staged rollout of embedded dashboards to the corporate site.
