Operational integrations and external interfaces were defined around direct interactions with official Spanish bodies, specifically SEPE, SAE, AEAT, TGSS, INSS and Labor Mutuals, to support filings and statutory communications. The implementation supported end to end HR and Finance processes, linking personnel management, payroll accounting and statutory compliance to create a single operational locus for employee lifecycle events and payroll-related obligations.
Governance was organized to formalize roles for payroll preparation, coordination and validation, and to institutionalize processes for PRL collaboration, training and personnel selection as part of ongoing personnel management. The configuration emphasized regulatory compliance and procedural controls for payroll and social contributions, while aligning HR and Finance workflows within Sage 200cloud to manage Spain specific labor and tax requirements.
