Skills Base AI Skills Intelligence was configured to feed identified skill gaps into the LMS for recommended training workflows, and to surface technician qualifications within Salesforce records to support assignment and dispatch decisions. Operational scope covered regional technician populations and affected learning and development, field service operations, and workforce management functions. Governance established centralized skills definitions and maintenance workflows to improve visibility and enable more effective technician deployment and assignment as part of resource-allocation processes.
