In 2016, TransDigm implemented ADP Workforce Now Benefits. The deployment replaced Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and consolidated core Benefits Administration functions under ADP Workforce Now Benefits for the companys HR organization. The project focused on standardizing enrollment and eligibility processes and establishing a single benefits administration instance across corporate HR.
ADP Workforce Now Benefits was configured to manage open enrollment cycles, employee self service benefits elections, eligibility and dependent maintenance, life event processing, and benefits reporting. Configuration work included plan setup, eligibility rule definition, event triggered workflows, and administrative dashboards to support benefits teams and local benefits administrators.
A data conversion migrated historical enrollment and census information from Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits into ADP Workforce Now Benefits to preserve participant history. The implementation aligned benefits data feeds with HR and payroll processes to support deductions, census updates, and operational benefits administration across HR and payroll business functions.
Governance established role based administrative controls, defined enrollment and approval workflows, and instituted regular data audits and reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity. Documentation and reporting capabilities were put in place to support ongoing benefits administration operations and the handoff of daily processes to HR and payroll teams.

| SYSPRO | Legacy | Syspro Manufacturing ERP | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2013 | 2014 |
In 2013 TransDigm implemented Syspro Manufacturing ERP to standardize purchasing and operations across its Collegeville, PA and Addison, IL manufacturing sites for high reliability aerospace components. The Syspro Manufacturing ERP deployment focused on operational stabilization, system administration, and process alignment for government contracting workflows.
The implementation emphasized purchasing and operations capabilities within Syspro Manufacturing ERP, with explicit work on ERP setup and the uploading and management of over 3,000 patches to stabilize transaction and master data processing. The role documented includes training an under-trained operations group and assuming lead purchasing responsibilities for a complex $100MM+ US Government sub-contract proposal, supporting compliance activity tied to FAR, DFARS, DPAS, DCMA and DCAA requirements.
Operational coverage centered on buyer performance and supplier management, with the Syspro Manufacturing ERP used to institute meaningful metrics to drive buyer performance and supplier on-time delivery. System administration and patch management activities indicate sustained local ownership of the Syspro Manufacturing ERP instance as part of day-to-day operations and sourcing workflows at both sites.
Governance and process changes included rewriting AS9100 quality system documents to improve workflow and embedding those quality controls into purchasing and operations procedures. The implementation narrative cites direct supplier remediation efforts, turning around poor supplier performance and runaway cost as an outcome of the combined Syspro Manufacturing ERP configuration, training, and revised quality and procurement governance.
