The program included rigorous data reconciliation and functional testing before and after the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integration, plus testing of patches in non production instances to address issues found post integration or during new business requirement builds. The delivery cadence followed Agile practices, with daily stand up participation for issue triage, JIRA task tracking and closure, and coordinated testing cycles across EC and ECP.
Governance work encompassed working with stakeholders to capture and analyze new business requirements, and close collaboration with SAP Implementation Partners to drive system level changes. The project also established processes for changes triggered by integration points, for example updates to Pay Components, Employee Groups and Sub Groups, Pay Scale Object and termination processing, and ensured teams were aligned to maintain configuration and workflow consistency in Core HR.

The rollout emphasized system configuration, data alignment and operational handoffs rather than vendor substitution narratives, keeping focus on using Hitachi Ventyx FocalPoint Suite as the primary Asset Performance Management platform for TransGrids transmission asset portfolio.
