| In-House Applications | Legacy | In-House ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Transneft implemented an In-House ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, on its website. The In-House ATS was deployed as the primary candidate-facing career portal to centralize external applicant intake and to support corporate recruitment workflows in Russia. It served as the front door for public hiring and requisition posting across the organization.
The implementation configured Applicant Tracking System functional modules including job requisition management, online job posting, candidate application intake, resume parsing, and candidate pipeline tracking. Recruiter and hiring manager interfaces provided pipeline stages, interview scheduling workflows, and offer capture consistent with enterprise recruitment processes. Reporting and dashboard capabilities were included to surface open requisitions and candidate funnel status.
Architecturally the In-House ATS was embedded on Transneft's public website to capture applicants directly, providing a candidate portal and application submission flow. Operational coverage centered on HR and talent acquisition functions and the hiring manager community, consolidating applicant records through the website-driven intake. The in-house nature of the application established internal ownership for maintenance and configuration.
Governance emphasized HR recruitment teams controlling requisition approval workflows, role based access for recruiters and hiring managers, and process configuration for candidate progression. Rollout focused on aligning the career site experience with internal hiring processes, establishing standardized recruitment workflows and configuration governance across corporate hiring.

| Cloudflare | Legacy | Cloudflare CDN | Content Delivery Network | IaaS | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Transneft deployed Cloudflare CDN as its Content Delivery Network on the public transneft.ru website. The deployment inserts Cloudflare CDN as a reverse proxy and edge layer for Transneft web properties to serve cached static assets and to terminate TLS at the edge. This implementation targets public web content delivery and corporate communications hosted on the transneft.ru domain.
Configuration of Cloudflare CDN encompasses global edge caching, HTTP compression, cache control and origin shielding, and standard CDN capabilities such as request routing and TLS offload to manage traffic at the network edge. The Cloudflare CDN instance centralizes content delivery functions while leaving dynamic content control with the origin, and operational responsibility is concentrated on web and site administration for the public website.
