| Sage | Legacy | Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, TransPak implemented Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) as its ERP Financial system. The U.S. manufacturing firm with approximately 3,000 employees deployed the application to centralize order entry and core financial processes across sales and finance functions.
The implementation emphasized order-to-cash capability, configuring the sales order module so users create sales orders by entering customer information directly in Sage ERP X3. Configuration work focused on customer master data, pricing and validation rules to support accurate sales order capture and downstream invoicing and accounts receivable processing.
Expense management was executed using SAP Concur to assist employees in correctly completing monthly expense reports, operating alongside Sage Business Cloud X3 for corporate financial control. Operational coverage targeted sales, customer service and finance teams, with Sage Business Cloud X3 used for order entry and financial posting while Concur handled employee expense capture and approval workflows.
Governance elements included establishing customer data stewardship, standardized order entry procedures and approval workflows for financial postings and expense approvals to ensure consistent transaction capture. The deployment reflects a pragmatic ERP Financial implementation that ties sales order creation in Sage Business Cloud X3 to company expense reporting practices managed through SAP Concur.

| Journyx | Legacy | Journyx Acumen ClockVIEW | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 TransPak implemented Journyx Acumen ClockVIEW as its Time and Attendance system. The deployment occurred in a global manufacturing environment, with the project led by a Project Manager for Acumen ClockVIEW and a Business Analyst responsible for Sage X3 ERP and Sage Enterprise Intelligence integration.
Journyx Acumen ClockVIEW was configured to support core time and attendance capabilities, including time capture from shop floor terminals, employee timecard management, configurable attendance and exception rules, shift and schedule management, and approval workflows. Configuration and systems administration responsibilities included IT hardware and software management, network support, and production support to maintain continuous data collection across manufacturing operations.
The implementation integrated Journyx Acumen ClockVIEW with Sage X3 ERP to feed labor hours for payroll processing and project labor costing, and with Sage Enterprise Intelligence for operational and financial reporting. Integrations were executed to align time capture with ERP cost centers and to provide BI-ready time data for enterprise reporting, while the IT organization managed connectivity between terminals and central systems.
Governance was enforced through a project-managed rollout across manufacturing sites, establishment of systems administration and production support processes, and the adoption of approval and exception handling workflows to standardize time submission and validation. Ongoing responsibilities included network support, IT hardware and software management, and operational support to sustain the Time and Attendance environment.
