Operational execution included three major enhancement releases, with cross-functional collaboration across business units and engagement with consultants to produce business requirements. The implementation team provided iterative feedback on IT builds, led functional and acceptance testing, developed training materials, and managed communications to field users to drive adoption of Salesforce Field Service. Governance and rollout practices centered on structured requirements, release coordination, testing governance, and training-driven adoption, supporting ongoing operations for more than 5,000 users across the 120+ resort footprint. Salesforce Field Service served as the central Field Service Management platform for coordinating field operations, standardizing workflows, and delivering consolidated reporting for corporate and field stakeholders.
