In 2015, Travel + Leisure Co. deployed an In-House ATS as its Applicant Tracking System, embedding the In-House ATS directly on the company career website. The implementation centralized online job postings and applicant intake on travelandleisureco.com, routing candidate submissions into the internal recruiting engine. The deployment focused on supporting recruiting and talent acquisition workflows across the organization, providing a single web-facing entry point for applicants.
