In 2019 Travel PA implemented Amadeus Altea Revenue Management in a Revenue Management deployment to centralize pricing and yield control for the 20-person leisure travel operator. The Amadeus Altea Revenue Management implementation focused on fare optimization workflows, demand-based rate management, revenue forecasting and automated rule engines typical of Revenue Management systems, configured for a small agency operational scale. Operational ownership rested with central revenue and finance functions with daily cadence for rate updates and inventory response, aligning pricing configuration to agency sales patterns.
Amadeus B2B Wallet was deployed alongside Amadeus Altea Revenue Management to manage transactions and cash access, enabling Travel PA to set limits, track who is accessing funds, and administer daily banking as described by founder Hamish Kaumaya. Integrations were concentrated on transaction and cash control between the revenue engine and Amadeus payment tooling, with governance and configuration placed under finance and revenue ownership to provide continuous transaction visibility and control. The implementation emphasized standard Revenue Management capabilities combined with transactional governance provided by Amadeus B2B Wallet rather than broad multi-vendor orchestration.

In 2018, Travel PA implemented Traveltek as its Travel Management solution on its public website to provide customer-facing booking capability. The deployment is focused on web channel booking workflows, with Traveltek running the online search and reservation paths that site visitors use to request and confirm travel services.
The implementation centers on Traveltek modules common to Travel Management applications, including a booking engine, availability and search configuration, content management for itineraries and supplier content, and rate configuration to manage retail pricing. Traveltek was configured to handle end-to-end booking capture and reservation management workflows, and to present inventory and packaged offers through the website booking flow.
Integration work was scoped to embed Traveltek into Travel PA's site through Traveltek web integration patterns, using the application as the primary customer-facing booking layer. Operational ownership resides with the small central operations and reservations function, which manages content, rates, and booking lifecycle within Traveltek, while the front-end website continues to handle customer authentication and presentation. Governance emphasizes centralized configuration control and booking workflow standardization to keep online offers aligned with operational handling.

In 2019, Travel PA implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The small UK leisure and hospitality firm Travel PA, with approximately 20 employees and an active corporate site at travel-pa.com, lists Microsoft 365 on its public website as the primary Collaboration environment.
The Microsoft 365 deployment centers on category standard capabilities, including Exchange Online email, Microsoft Teams for real time communication, and SharePoint and OneDrive for document collaboration and centralized file storage. Configuration appears scaled to a small business tenant model with tenant level account provisioning, role based access controls and shared site libraries to support sales, customer service and operations workflows. Governance focuses on basic account lifecycle processes and permission controls to manage external sharing and document access, with the implementation oriented to firm wide adoption rather than multi site or regional segmentation.
