In 2011 Treasure Homes implemented Chronologic Workforce Management to manage shift scheduling for its residential, dementia and nursing care operations. The deployment targeted three care sites, two in Bristol and one in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, supporting around 180 healthcare workers who provide 24/7, 365 coverage across the group.
The Chronologic Workforce Management application was configured to centralize rostering and shift planning, including template-based rota generation, absence and leave tracking, skills-aware staff allocation and automated shift notifications to support continuous care delivery. Configuration emphasized operational scheduling controls and rule-based shift coverage to reflect typical Workforce Management functionality for staff on rotating shifts.
Operational rollout consolidated scheduling processes across the three homes and introduced standardized handover and shift-change workflows to improve staffing predictability for care teams. Managing Director David Gillespie is cited as explaining the selection of the Chronologic Workforce Management System, aligning executive sponsorship with the centralized scheduling and governance changes introduced during the deployment.
