In 2017 Treebo Hotels implemented Chargebee numberz to centralize accounts receivable workflows and strengthen collections operations. The deployment explicitly targeted AR Automation to provide unified visibility and operational control for the companys finance and credit control functions at its India operations.
Chargebee numberz was configured to support core AR Automation capabilities, including rule-based prioritization of outstanding accounts, agent-level assignment and case management, collections target tracking, and real time management and operational dashboards. Configuration emphasis was on instrumenting performance metrics and operational workflows to reduce manual coordination and to enable frontline agents to manage larger client portfolios.
Operational coverage focused on the finance and credit control teams, with the system embedded into day-to-day collections activities across Treebo Hotels in India. The implementation created a single command and control layer for management and operations, consolidating collections status, target achievement, and agent coverage data into operational dashboards.
Governance and process outcomes from the rollout were reported as a 61% DSO reduction compared to the previous quarter, a 75% reduction in credit control meetings, and approximately a 38% increase in client coverage per agent. The deployment also delivered tracking of Collections Target achievement and real time command and control with management and operational dashboards, which reduced meeting cadence and centralized escalation and monitoring workflows.
