Operational coverage focused on Trigano Store online operations and the company teams responsible for eCommerce, merchandising, and marketing, with integrations scoped to deliver consolidated analytics for commercial decision making. Governance and rollout were structured as a platform refactor, delivering a new front end and functional rework alongside the platform migration, with Synolia managing configuration, theming, and operational handover. The migration objective was to improve platform performance and enable expanded functionality, while rollout activities included staged deployment, content and catalog migration, and handover to Trigano’s eCommerce and marketing teams for ongoing operations.
