In 2015, Trigano implemented Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) to power Trigano Store as its primary eCommerce platform for outdoor leisure and garden equipment, targeting its direct factory sales channel to improve site performance and support a full platform redesign. The Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) deployment was driven by a requirement for new technology, expanded functionality, and a refreshed visual charter to sustain online growth for the Trigano Store brand.
Implementation centered on configuring core eCommerce modules, including product catalog and catalog management, storefront theming and responsive presentation, checkout and order capture, pricing and promotional rules, and content management for the new graphic charter. The project emphasized technical stabilization and platform-level configuration to enable merchandising workflows, customer account management, and catalog-driven direct sales from factory channels.
Synolia served as the system integrator for the Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) rollout, and the implementation included explicit integration with QlikView for reporting and analytics as noted in project references. Operational coverage focused on Trigano Store online operations and the company teams responsible for eCommerce, merchandising, and marketing, with integrations scoped to deliver consolidated analytics for commercial decision making.
Governance and rollout were structured as a platform refactor, delivering a new front end and functional rework alongside the platform migration, with Synolia managing configuration, theming, and operational handover. The migration objective was to improve platform performance and enable expanded functionality, while rollout activities included staged deployment, content and catalog migration, and handover to Trigano’s eCommerce and marketing teams for ongoing operations.
