In 2017 Triple Point implemented Cezanne HR Task Management and Onboarding to move away from spreadsheets and paperwork for core People and Absence processes. The rollout targeted HR process modernisation across Triple Point's UK operations, centralizing employee record entry and absence tracking into a single HR application.
Cezanne HR Task Management and Onboarding was configured to include Performance and Onboarding & Lifecycle modules, along with new joiner portals and task management workflows. The Onboarding,Task Management configuration emphasized automated task lists, role based task ownership, and self service onboarding touchpoints for new hires.
Operational coverage focused on HR and People teams, with the system handling core People and Absence administration and extending to performance management and lifecycle events. Deployment work prioritized native module configuration and internal process orchestration within the Cezanne HR environment rather than bespoke integration projects.
Governance and rollout introduced standardized onboarding workflows and new joiner portals to improve employee self service and reduce HR administrative effort.
