The deployment included a practical integration with Power BI for enhanced visualization and presentation of McLeod IQ data, enabling additional dashboarding beyond native tools. Operational coverage spanned the operations center and multiple driver-facing divisions, with outputs consumed by dispatchers, brokerage staff, and driver liaison roles for day to day decision making and carrier coordination. Governance was anchored by an internal McLeod IQ key user who served as the company SME, troubleshooting end user issues and training staff. Dashboards were used to surface coaching opportunities and to audit driver logs, and analytics were explicitly applied to analyze report data to improve profitability and to identify areas of improvement through revenue projections, while also elevating drivers voices into administrative planning. |
