The implementation enhanced team workflows and employee job satisfaction by coordinating communication between managers and employees and centralizing benefits records. The HR team ensured accuracy of benefits enrollment data and leveraged Employee Navigator reporting and analysis capabilities to maintain participant information and support administrative workflows.
