Tyler Technologies Legacy Tyler EEO Case Management HR Compliance HCM n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, U.S. Government Publishing Office implemented Tyler EEO Case Management as its HR Compliance solution on the Tyler Application Platform. The deployment aligns the agency with Tyler Technologies’ Workforce Case Management suite and positions Tyler EEO Case Management to support centralized complaint intake and case lifecycle handling for federal EEO processes. Tyler EEO Case Management was configured to provide core EEO functional modules including complaint intake and registration, investigation and case tracking workflows, document and evidence management, role based task assignment, and consolidated reporting. The implementation includes built in reporting capabilities to generate the federally mandated Form 462 annual report and to support workforce case reporting across Equal Employment Opportunity, Reasonable Accommodation, and related grievance handling workflows. Operational coverage centers on agency EEO and HR compliance functions, enabling the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity to capture, manage, and report complaints across the full workforce case management spectrum. The solution was implemented to support departmental governance for DEI and accessibility requirements, helping HR, EEO officers, legal counsel, and agency leadership maintain auditable case records and workflow controls within a single platform. Governance and configuration emphasized configurable workflows and policy-driven case routing to reflect changing federal mandates, including requirements arising from the Executive Order on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce. Tyler EEO Case Management is part of Tyler’s broader federal footprint, a suite that the vendor reports processes a majority of federal EEO claims and is positioned to scale configuration for evolving compliance and accessibility obligations.
