In 2019, uCondo Brazil implemented iugo to automate condominium fee collections and streamline payment operations. The deployment used iugo as the Payment Processing application and focused on finance functions, specifically billing and receivables for condominium management.
The implementation automated high-volume boleto issuance and reconciliation workflows, embedding remessa and retorno processing into regular billing cycles. iugo was configured to generate boletos at scale and to reconcile return files, reducing manual posting and exception handling in accounts receivable.
Operational scope centered on finance, covering billing and receivables for condominium fee collections across uCondo operations in Brazil. The project produced around 50% savings on boleto issuance versus traditional banks, cut operational costs, and enabled large-scale automated billing and reconciliation for ongoing condominium collections.
