In 2014, InVivo deployed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial backbone to centralize group accounting and management reporting. Group solutions included BFC (Conso / Reporting) and SAP ECC6 FICO (accounting / management), establishing a clear split between transactional financial processing and consolidation and reporting functions.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to support core FICO capabilities, including general ledger processing, accounts payable and receivable workflows, asset accounting, and controlling for management accounting. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation provided the transactional ledgers and management accounting structures that feed period close and statutory reporting, while BFC supported group consolidation and standardized reporting packs.
The deployment targeted finance, controlling and consolidation teams across the Group, creating centralized financial master data and standardized chart of accounts for consistent group reporting. Governance emphasized disciplined close processes and consolidated reporting workflows, with SAP ECC6 FICO handling accounting and transactional controls and BFC handling consolidation and group reporting orchestration.

In 2018, InVivo implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The deployment was positioned at enterprise scale for the 15,000 employee organization headquartered in France, provisioning cloud-first collaboration capabilities across corporate functions.
The Microsoft 365 implementation centralized core Collaboration modules, including Exchange Online for email and calendaring, SharePoint Online for intranet and document management, Microsoft Teams for real-time collaboration and meetings, and OneDrive for personal file storage.
