In 2019 Unique implemented Timify Recruitment Scheduling to embed a candidate-facing scheduling layer directly into job advertising and interview workflows. Timify Recruitment Scheduling was used to create a job ad 2.0 experience that let candidates move from job ad to job interview in a single click, positioning the Interview Scheduling capability at the front end of hiring.
The implementation focused on candidate self-service booking and configurable scheduling logic, capturing recruiter rules for special-case handling and exception workflows. Functional capabilities implemented included embedded job ad scheduling widgets, interviewer availability orchestration, and candidate rescheduling and confirmation flows, aligning recruiter and candidate calendars.
Integrations were architected to link Timify Recruitment Scheduling with Unique operational systems, enabling data exchange with enterprise HR and scheduling systems and allowing the scheduling layer to sit inside recruitment touchpoints. The deployment serviced recruiting and staffing teams within Unique Personalservice Germany, supporting end to end interview coordination across vacancy listings and applicant touchpoints.
