Station administrators additionally tracked and ensured completion of onboarding duties such as assignment of system access, lockers, mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprinting and role-specific training, aligning administrative processes with AP and station operating workflows. Governance was executed through designated local AP administrators who administered Coupa Invoice at the station level, overseeing invoice review cycles, vendor purchasing activity and dissemination of invoicing information across station teams. Time and attendance processes and policies were maintained and updated within Lawson HCM, and fit gap analysis led to drafted concept papers for identified enhancements. The project used standard SDLC discipline and assisted Product Owners in Agile Scrum based development while mentoring business analysts and documenting configuration and program change requirements. Reporting and analytics were delivered using Lawson Business Intelligence for publishing custom Crystal Reports and through bespoke MS Access reporting for Human Resources. The MS Access reports included compensation detail, compensation summary, pay increase summaries, and employee listings, and monthly metric reports were produced using SQL queries and tabulated in Excel. Data uploads and table changes were handled using Microsoft add ins for batch additions, deletions, and updates. Integrations explicitly included Infor Talent Management, Infor HR Management, Lawson Business Intelligence, the Data Capture Application, and the Lawson ERP System. Functional design and code development for enhancements were coordinated with an off shore development team, and continuous monitoring of Lawson security accounted for observation of data flows, event assessment, and usage tracking for personnel and planners. Training was provided for new HR employees and business systems evaluations were completed for version upgrades and initial Lawson implementations. Governance and documentation workstreams produced Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements documents, use case specifications using Requisite Pro, system requirement specifications, system design documents, traceability matrices, and testing strategies. Process flow and activity diagrams were prepared in MS Visio, and UML and business process modeling artifacts such as use cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams supported re engineering and process improvement recommendations. Functional requirements specifications guided configuration work and program changes for the Infor Lawson Absence and Leave Management solution.
