The deployment was led by the Head of Finance and Accounts and focused on centralizing financial control across the Finance and Accounts Department and the University Purchasing Committee. Governance changes accompanied the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial rollout, introducing formal approval gates for PRF documents, verification workflows for staff claims and advances, and documented month end close and management account review procedures. The Head of Finance maintained the audit schedule, acted as internal quality auditor and coordinated GST filing, aligning operational controls and financial workflows with the new ERP Financial system.
