In 2017 Noyes Health implemented EPIC EHR, an Electronic Health Record application from Epic Systems. TEKsystems served as the system integrator under contract to lead multiple IT projects expanding Epic functionality across the enterprise, with the engagement explicitly covering three hospitals and more than 50 outpatient departments and integrating with a larger existing Epic environment.
The implementation centered on core Epic applications, including Cadence for scheduling, Radiant for radiology, and Cupid for cardiology, with configuration work to extend module features into outpatient workflows. EPIC EHR configuration included manual template build efforts and outpatient appointment workflow reconfiguration to align scheduling, clinical documentation, and diagnostic ordering across sites.
Data and interoperability work included structured import of appointment data using Autobook and data extraction, transformation, and load processes to bring over 8,000 appointments into Epic. Additional conversion tasks required manual appointment conversion for roughly 6,000 appointments by a coordinated team of over 100 people, and the project included upgrades to integrated clinical systems and enhancements to business support systems to maintain interoperability with the enterprise Epic instance.
Governance was delivered through TEKsystems project management embedded in the health system IT organization, focusing on outpatient rollout sequencing, template governance, and cross-departmental coordination between scheduling, clinical operations, and IT. The program emphasized disciplined change control for EPIC EHR configuration and data conversion activities to manage clinical workflow impact during the multi-site deployment.

In 2016 Noyes Health implemented Epic Cosmos as a Data Warehouse to establish an enterprise clinical analytics and research data layer. Epic Cosmos is referenced on their website and was provisioned to centralize normalized clinical data sets for cohort discovery and population level analytics.
The implementation emphasized standard data model ingestion and ETL orchestration, with configuration of patient level normalized records, de identified research extracts, and analytics ready views. Functional capabilities implemented align with Data Warehouse use cases, including cohort identification, longitudinal clinical reporting, and support for population health analytics and clinical research queries.
Operational integration leveraged Epic Systems platform feeds to capture encounter, medication, laboratory and clinical documentation data, enabling downstream access for clinical operations, quality improvement, population health management and research teams. Deployment scope was organized around internal departmental consumption within the United States, with role based access controls to separate clinical and research data views.
Governance instituted data stewardship and access workflows to manage de identified data requests and analytic approvals, along with change control for data model updates and ETL schedules. The rollout focused on aligning clinical informatics, research governance and quality teams to operationalize Epic Cosmos as the organization wide Data Warehouse for analytics and research.

In 2015, Noyes Health deployed Microsoft Skype for Business Server as the core Collaboration platform to provide enterprise instant messaging, presence, and conferencing across its clinical and administrative network. The Microsoft Skype for Business Server implementation was installed on Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, and 2016 infrastructure maintained by the internal systems programming team, and configured to support unified communications and real-time collaboration capabilities typical of Collaboration suites.
Deployment and operationalization included Active Directory group policy scripting using VBS and batch files to enforce client and service configurations, and creation of firewall policies to protect the network while enabling real-time communications. The implementation integrated with Microsoft Exchange Server for calendaring and presence synchronization, and operational support was aligned with existing backup and recovery processes using LTO4 tape workflows and enterprise backup products including Symantec Backup Exec, Tivoli, Networker, and Commvault. Help desk management and weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative metrics were used to govern support, and governance emphasis was placed on scripted GPOs and firewall rules to maintain availability and configuration consistency for Collaboration services supporting roughly 600 employees.
