Governance activities included knowledge transfer programs, development and delivery of adoption materials, and a managed roadmap for change and evolution requests. The role maintained ongoing technologic and HR watch to support continuous improvement of deployed SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central capabilities, while operating governance through the HR Community and program level change controls.
