Use of Sterling Background Check was embedded into the HR hiring process, with screening status tracked alongside onboarding checklists to ensure candidates completed background requirements before commencing work. Governance was exercised at the property level with the Assistant General Manager responsible for initiating checks and enforcing screening procedures as part of hiring and training responsibilities. The implementation positioned Sterling Background Check as the primary BackGround Screening tool for Urgo Hotels and Resorts recruitment operations, standardizing screening practices across the Dayton site and supporting consistent compliance and documentation in personnel files.
