Operational coverage emphasized close coordination between onsite accounting staff and Genpact AP operations, with formalized communication channels for invoice processing and exception escalation. The project encompassed financial analysis and business support functions at the Cloquet manufacturing site, and integrated process steps for GL related entries, miscellaneous inventory management, cycle counts, and physical inventory coordination as part of AP and accounting workflows.
