In 2019, Vakrangee implemented Happay Expense as its Expense Management solution. The deployment centered on centralized expense capture and approval workflows, targeting Vakrangee corporate finance and distributed field operations in India.
Happay Expense was configured to deliver standard Expense Management functional modules including mobile receipt capture and submission, automated expense reporting, multi level approval flows, policy enforcement and corporate card reconciliation, along with reporting and analytics for spend visibility. Configuration emphasized rule based policy controls and automated routing to align expense approvals with finance and procurement practices.
Happay facilitated ongoing training and stakeholder engagement, with a public webinar on August 6, 2020 that included Vakrangee finance leadership and Happay product leadership as part of knowledge transfer and user enablement activities. Training materials and sessions were used to operationalize approval workflows and train finance administrators and field users on the Happay Expense application.
Governance changes implemented alongside the system focused on centralizing expense policy management, standardizing approval hierarchies, and establishing cadence for expense audit and reconciliation processes within Vakrangee finance. The implementation positioned Happay Expense as the primary Expense Management platform for expense capture, approval orchestration and financial reporting across the organization.

In 2015, Vakrangee implemented Spine HRMS, a Core HR application. The initiative was positioned as a transformation of the companys HR IT landscape and involved introducing modular HR functionality to centralize human resource management. Spine HRMS was configured to support core human resources functions including employee master data management, payroll processing, time and attendance and leave management.
