In 2013 Valdosta State University implemented Oracle PeopleSoft ERP as the core ERP Financial platform to support institutional finance and reporting. Technical deliverables covered Oracle RDBMS schemas, OBIEE 11g semantic model components including RPD, catalog, physical, BMM and presentation layer design and enhancement, and report build-out for budget and actual financial reporting.
Integration architecture centered on PeopleSoft data flows into an OBIEE 11g and OBIA Financials analytics layer, with PeopleSoft ODI and Informatica DAC used for ETL workstreams. Informatica DAC and ODI tasks included install, setup, configuration, gap analysis, and extensions to ETL and OBIA software to populate the Oracle RDBMS and downstream OBIEE artifacts.
