The project also included SAP Brazil Module work focused on TAXBRJ and TAXBRA migration activities to meet Brazil specific tax requirements.
Integrations were implemented between SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and external modules for Nfe, MasterSaf and Comex to enable electronic invoicing and trade compliance document flows, with interface points for master data synchronization and transactional exchange. These integrations were aligned with core transaction processing to ensure tax reporting and customs processes were instrumented within the ERP Financial environment.
Governance and execution were led by an IS Manager and a Project Manager who assured the integrity of the Core Model, establishing stewardship for configuration controls, master data rules and integration validation. Operational governance emphasized centralized change control and cross functional accountability across Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Purchase, Finance and Controlling business functions.
