Governance changes centered on using IBM Maximo as the single source for maintenance documentation and parts accountability, embedding process controls for pre operational readiness checks and routine maintenance execution. Role level access and audit oriented record keeping were applied to support site management, logistics and procurement oversight while aligning technician activities to formal work order and asset lifecycle processes.
