The integration surface explicitly included REST API calls to Oracle NetSuite ERP and connections to third party services for payments and logistics, including CyberSource and PayPal for credit card processing, FedEx for shipping fee calculation, Avalara for tax calculations, and SendGrid for outbound notifications. Operational scope encompassed finance, billing, and operations teams at Varidesk, with asynchronous message processing and serverless orchestration used to centralize posting and reduce manual touch points.
