Axians delivered the phase one design that prioritized standard software with minimal customization to keep the solution lean and maintenance friendly.

ScanSys Invoice processing was used alongside Exact Synergy for collaboration and workflow orchestration, and posting was integrated into Exact Globe for financial entry and management reporting. The solution consolidated invoice processing for all missions and sites, covering frontline fire stations and central functions including GHOR, Safety House, Operations, Risk and Crisis Management, and the fire service strategy and policy team, and it standardized processing across the central administration in Alkmaar.
Governance and rollout were phased and process centric, with contracts deferred to a subsequent phase while invoice digitization, authorization and payment became phase one.
