The Centric pims@all configuration centralized payroll data to coordinate employee records with accounting processes and to support statutory reporting obligations for the City of Hoorn. Payroll runs and data handling were scoped to municipal operations and internal HR and Finance processes. Governance emphasized formal approval gates for payroll runs, retention of audit logs for compliance, and embedding payroll schedules into HR and Finance operating procedures.
