Verastem HR collaborated with IT to coordinate new hire onboarding using BambooHR while conducting background and reference checks using GoodHire, creating a sequential handoff between screening and HRIS onboarding activities.
Governance and process changes focused on timely candidate follow up, troubleshooting of onboarding and benefits inquiries, and coordination of corporate training rollouts. GoodHire supported routine HR controls for candidate vetting and helped formalize background screening as a repeatable step in Verastem Oncology hiring workflows.
