TCC reported a 50 percent reduction in ongoing in-store POS technology costs and 75 to 95 percent of transactions occurring via mobile checkout, alongside improved customer scores and reduced employee turnover, outcomes attributed to the iQmetrix POS deployment. The implementation produced significant operational savings and altered store workflows by embedding mobile checkout and activation into daily retail operations.
