| Gaviti | Legacy | Gaviti | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2019 | 2019 | In 2019, Vernovis implemented Gaviti for AR Automation to address an excessively manual accounts receivable process and slow cash flow. Vernovis is a boutique professional services firm based in the United States, and the deployment targeted the finance and accounting function to centralize collections and invoice tracking for a small, single-office operation. The implementation of Gaviti configured core AR Automation capabilities including a library of invoice reminder templates, automated reminder sequences, mini statements, and built-in reporting dashboards for receivables aging and collections workflows. Configuration emphasized ease of use for a single-person finance team, with template and automation rules set up to replace weekly manual report preparation and ad hoc chasing of overdue invoices. Deployment architecture was a lightweight cloud integration, Gaviti was synced with Vernovis’ QuickBooks Online account in less than an hour to synchronize invoices and customer data. Setup included guided onboarding with a Client Success Manager who assisted in template configuration and the launch of automated collections communications, enabling immediate operational use across billing and accounts receivable activities. Outcomes reported by Vernovis were explicit, Gaviti produced a 25 percent decrease in Days Sales Outstanding within six months, reducing DSO from 40 days to 30 days, and increased cash flow by 83 percent as overdue receivables 60 days and older fell from 6 percent of revenue to 1 percent. The finance lead reported a material reduction in weekly hours spent on collections reporting, and although the subscription cost was initially perceived as high, the operational benefits outweighed the expense. | |
