The program included an upgrade and automation of Kyriba, covering security, administration, cash and accounting modules and reporting, integrated with Sage 1000 for generation of payments and the reconciliation and reporting of account statements, currencies, and inter-company current accounts. Operational scope extended to bank account management including KYC and account opening and closing, telematics contract management with partner banks, weekly monitoring of the cash position, foreign exchange hedging, implementation and monitoring of inter-company loan contracts and credit lines, and repatriation and closing of marketplace and PSP revenues.
Governance and process changes formalized weekly cash position monitoring and the rollout of annual and weekly cash flow forecasting, while treasury ownership rested with the Head of Treasury who supervised a cash manager/cash accountant. Workflow restructuring centered on centralized cash controls, payment generation rules in Sage 1000, and the coordinated Kyriba to ERP reporting flows to support accounting close and treasury reporting.

The implementation places Zendesk Chat as the primary customer facing chat channel embedded across product and help pages. This deployment targets front line customer service and e commerce support functions.
