Valsoft Corporation Legacy Valsoft VSNExplorer Content Management Content Management n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Videohouse Belgium implemented Valsoft VSNExplorer as a Content Management platform to consolidate its global media asset management and production archive. The deployment used VSNExplorer MAM together with PAM, BPM and BI modules to provision a single multi tenant repository supporting archive and production workflows. Valsoft VSNExplorer MAM centralized ingest, cataloging and archive management, while PAM handled production asset handling and versioning, BPM provided workflow orchestration for ingest to delivery processes, and BI enabled operational reporting and archival analytics. Configuration emphasis included metadata normalization, role based access controls and centralized storage indexing to support reliable content retrieval and long term preservation. The rollout targeted EMEA region infrastructure to host the consolidated repository, with operational coverage focused on creative and technical teams across archive and active production functions. The multi tenant repository was designed to provide scalable access patterns and to streamline content retrieval and workflow handoffs between production and archive operations. Governance was implemented around centralized metadata standards and access controls to manage multi tenant separation and to enforce workflow rules, leveraging the BPM module to standardize handoffs between teams. The deployment aimed to improve archive reliability, provide scalable multi tenant access and streamline content retrieval and workflows for creative and technical teams.
