In 2021, VietJet Air deployed Base Sign from Base.vn to digitize approvals and HR workflows for its Thai operations. The initiative targeted more than 1,000 staff across Thailand and concentrated on converting paper-based approvals into electronic processes using Base Sign, a Digital Signing application, to support the company goal of no-paper approvals.
The implementation centered on Digital Signing capabilities such as e-signature workflows, automated approval routing, electronic audit trails, and centralized document management to support operations and HR processes.
