| Base.vn | Legacy | Base CRM | CRM | CRM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 | In 2022, VietJet Air deployed Base CRM across Thai Vietjet operations in Thailand to digitalize work, standardize processes, and centralize staff collaboration for more than 1,000 office and flight crew employees. The implementation used the Base.vn platform to extend CRM capabilities into customer facing operations and after sales processes, aligning the Base CRM application with operational workflows across service and coordination between ground and flight teams. Deployment emphasis was on eliminating paper processes and consolidating task and communication flows onto a single platform. Configuration and functional scope included inferred CRM aligned modules such as contact management, case management, sales pipeline tracking, and collaborative task workflows to support customer engagement and after sales service. The solution was provisioned as a platform instance of Base CRM, providing unified access for office staff and flight crew and enabling standardized processes across sites in Thailand. Governance focused on process standardization and work digitalization, and the project explicitly reduced paper usage and operational costs in Thailand. | |
