Operational coverage concentrated on retail banking across Vietnam with rollout prioritized through the bank's mobile and online channels and iterative feature delivery to expand functionality. Governance aligned release cadence to the Engagement Banking Platform go-live schedule, and governance practices emphasized product owner backlog management and continuous tuning of personalization rules to sustain customer engagement and retention. Techcombank's use of Backbase Customer Loyalty leveraged the Engagement Banking Platform to accelerate personalized engagement, and the platform deployment after launch was associated with strong app ratings and rapid feature delivery cited in post-launch communications.
