ClockShark Legacy ClockShark Time-Tracking Software Time and Attendance HCM Missing Link Technology 2024 2024
In 2024, Villa Serena Communities implemented ClockShark Time-Tracking Software. The deployment targeted Time and Attendance for its Texas property-management operations, automating time capture and payroll preparation across field teams and the back office. ClockShark Time-Tracking Software was configured to provide mobile time capture, shift punch management, and timesheet aggregation to support payroll processing. The implementation included scheduling and consolidated timesheet exports to accelerate payroll workflows and standardize timekeeping across sites. Missing Link Technology delivered a ResMan integration to automate job and payroll data flows between ResMan and ClockShark, enabling synchronization of job codes and payroll entries. The integration scope covered job and payroll data exchange for property management operations in Texas, reducing manual transfers between field records and accounting systems. Operational governance centralized time approval and payroll preparation workflows, moving paper-based shift records to digital clock-ins and electronic approvals. Role-based access controls were instituted for field staff and payroll administrators, and supervisors were required to validate timesheets prior to payroll finalization. The project cut payroll preparation time by about 75 percent, delivered roughly 1,000 dollars per month in overtime savings, and reduced field paperwork by approximately 15 minutes per shift. ClockShark Time-Tracking Software became the operational center for time capture and payroll readiness following the Missing Link Technology enabled ResMan integration.
