Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, Vinamilk implemented Oracle E-Business Suite and deployed the ASCP R12 module within its ERP Financial landscape. The rollout targeted advanced supply chain planning functionality while remaining part of the companys broader Oracle E-Business Suite installation. The implementation focused on the ASCP module, with configuration and functional consulting to enable supply and demand balancing, planning run orchestration, and production scheduling capabilities typical of Advanced Supply Chain Planning. The project delivered more than 10 custom reports and interfaces to support planning workflows and operational reporting. ASCP R12 was integrated with Vinamilks current Oracle EBS R11 system, creating an extension to the existing E-Business Suite environment rather than a separate planning silo. The technical footprint covered three factories and two distribution centers, and the deployment included custom interfaces and report integrations into the EBS data model. Project governance was led by a single project manager who also acted as functional local consultant and interpreter to coordinate foreign consultants and drive deliverables acceptance. The consulting team composition included one project manager, one OCS consultant, one local consultant, one technical consultant, and one DBA, and the engagement ran from July 2013 to October 2013 with a successful project status.

Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite Personnel Administration Core HR HCM n/a 2005 2007
In 2005 Vinamilk implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Personnel Administration as part of a company-wide ERP rollout that encompassed finance, manufacturing, distribution and Core HR across Vietnam. The broader Oracle E-Business Suite program went live in 2007, completing a phased ERP deployment that aligned transactional systems and central administrative workflows nationwide. Implementation focused on Oracle E-Business Suite Personnel Administration and inferred Personnel/HRMS capabilities for core HR, including employee master records, organizational structure management and standard personnel transaction processing. Oracle E-Business Suite Personnel Administration was configured to support centralized personnel administration and routine HR workflows typical of Core HR deployments. The Personnel Administration solution operated within the same Oracle E-Business Suite estate used for finance, manufacturing and distribution, enabling integrated master data flows between HR and operational modules. Operational coverage extended across Vinamilk business functions and sites in Vietnam, providing a single HR administration layer that interfaced with enterprise transaction systems. Governance followed a company-wide ERP rollout model with phased cutovers culminating in the 2007 go-live, which standardized HR administration and consolidated HR master data. The project was reported to improve operational visibility and efficiency nationwide, reflecting the intended outcomes of the Core HR implementation.

TE-FOOD International Legacy TE-FOOD Trustchain Blockchain Platform Blockchain n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Vinamilk implemented TE-FOOD Trustchain, a Blockchain Platform solution to provide transparent product provenance for its new Vinamilk Organic Gold infant formula. Vinamilk pursued the implementation to address rising consumer demand for clarity on food quality and to support the first EU Organic standard certified product produced in Vietnam. TE-FOOD Trustchain was configured for item level serialization so each product instance carries an individual QR code that represents the full traceability record. To solve high volume production challenges TE-FOOD International developed an industrial printer manager solution that prints unique QR codes on the conveyor belt and registers each QR serial to the historical data, while proof about the data content is sealed on the FoodChain ledger. Consumers scan the QR code on the product package to access the product history and a FAQ, reinforcing consumer-facing traceability. The implementation focused on production line integration and serialization workflows, with operational coverage at the manufacturing site producing Vinamilk Organic Gold in Vietnam. The solution was built for industrial scale to handle large item quantities and to align with Vinamilks broader supply chain and export footprint across its markets. Governance and rollout included a public launching ceremony attended by enterprise leaders, nutrition experts and local celebrities, and widespread coverage in Vietnamese media. The project addressed operational printing and serialization challenges specific to dairy production and embedded per item traceability into Vinamilks quality assurance and supply chain processes on TE-FOOD Trustchain.
