In 2016 Vincit implemented LiveChat on its public website. Vincit deployed LiveChat, a Chatbots and Conversational AI solution, to introduce a web-based conversational interface for visitor engagement and inbound lead capture. The implementation centered on an embedded LiveChat web widget that surfaces real-time chat to site visitors and forwards sessions to internal agents through the vendor hosted control plane.
LiveChat supports Vincit's customer service and sales functions by providing session routing, agent consoles, and conversational workflow controls common to Chatbots and Conversational AI deployments. Agents access LiveChat through the vendor console while website-initiated conversations are routed to designated support queues to align with existing service workflows. Configuration work focused on embedding the LiveChat client, setting up chat routing and canned responses, and aligning session handling with Vincit's operational support practices.
