The Oracle E-Business Suite implementation was provisioned on Oracle ERP 12.x and targeted consolidated financial management and human capital workflows across the institution.
Implementation scope covered Finance and HR business functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounting, payroll administration, purchasing and supply chain, HR compensation, HRIS, HR benefits, HR operations and training and development. Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to support standard ERP Financial workflows such as ledger close, invoice processing, procurement approvals and payroll posting, with modular configuration aligned to each functional area.
The deployment included integrations with Kronos timekeeping and scheduling and Ceridian Dayforce payroll along with related enterprise systems to synchronize time capture, payroll processing and employee data across HR and finance applications. Operational coverage was enterprise wide, supporting clinical and administrative departments through centralized ERP processing and system administration.
