In 2017 Vistula Poland implemented the i-systems eCommerce platform, an eCommerce deployment that delivered dedicated storefronts for the Vistula Group brands Vistula, Wólczanka and W.KRUK. The engagement established brand-specific online channels on the i-systems eCommerce platform while enabling centralized commerce services to support omnichannel retailing and cross-border expansion.
The implementation focused on omnichannel modules and customer facing capabilities, including in-store stock lookup and click&collect, together with multi-language and multi-currency storefronts to serve markets beyond Poland. The i-systems eCommerce platform deployment used modular storefront configurations for each brand, with commerce functionality covering catalog management, checkout workflows, and localized storefront presentation.
Integration work included connections to back office systems, specifically ERP integration and loyalty system integration to align inventory, order fulfillment and customer loyalty data across online and physical stores. Rollout was organized at the brand level across the Vistula Group in Poland, shifting retail and store fulfillment workflows toward unified online to offline operations, and enabling omnichannel capabilities and cross-border storefront support.
