The implementation included a seamless integration to SAP Business One so financial data and consolidated reporting remained synchronized and up to date across retail and back-office systems. Inventory status and transactional detail were made visible across the entire store landscape, delivering a centralized operational view for head office and multi-site coordination. Governance and rollout emphasized a smooth, company-wide adoption with broad user acceptance, enabling head office access to critical management information and transactional data across multiple stores. Reported business outcomes included improved control over Latin America operations, improved inventory visibility across stores, enhanced customer engagement through integrated loyalty and promotion features such as gift certificates and discounts, and improved interdepartmental communication and synchronized operations.
