| MRC | Legacy | MRC Podium | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Vitasoy implemented MRC Podium as its Core HR system to centralize employee records and transactional HR processes across local and global HR operations. This deployment established Vitasoy MRC Podium Core HR as the primary HRIS for HR operations and data exchange within the enterprise.
The MRC Podium implementation focused on core HR capabilities including employee master data management, transactional HR workflows, position and headcount controls, and payroll data exchange. Configuration work emphasized role based access, HR workflow orchestration, and structured data feeds to support HR reporting and compliance use cases.
Architecturally the MRC Podium instance was operated on premises and integrated with the global Workday cloud system using secure batch and API channels, specifically SFTP with PGP public private key encryption, RESTful APIs, Active Directory single sign on, and SMS gateway connectivity for notifications. HR data from MRC Podium was also routed into the enterprise data warehouse via ETL pipelines that ingested sources such as SAP HANA, legacy ordering systems, and spreadsheets, enabling QlikSense reporting and downstream ML model training.
Governance and rollout were led through a technical architecture model where Vitasoy IT partnered with HR and the vendor to define scheduler and monitoring controls, encryption and access policies, and cross border data transfer assessments under applicable CyberSecurity Law. Explicit outcomes recorded during the initiative include setup of the data warehouse, development of a data model and ETL pipelines, delivery of BI dashboards in QlikSense, migration of QlikSense to Aliyun, migration of on premise databases to Azure, and migration of ML model training to Amazon Forecast, all supporting the operationalization of MRC Podium data for HR and cross functional reporting.

| Legacy | Google Tag Manager | Tag Management | CRM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Vitasoy implemented Google Tag Manager on its corporate website, adopting Tag Management to centralize client-side tag control and event instrumentation. The implementation embeds a Google Tag Manager container across site pages to orchestrate asynchronous tag firing, create trigger rules, and manage workspace-based environments for development and production. Google Tag Manager is used as the primary control plane for deploying measurement pixels and JavaScript-based marketing tags without direct code releases.
Configuration emphasizes container governance, including workspace versioning, triggers, variables, and environment scoping to standardize event schemas and reduce deployment risk for digital marketing and analytics teams. Operational coverage is focused on the public website and supports web analytics, advertising and measurement workflows through centralized tag orchestration. Change control is handled through GTM workspaces and version history to enable auditability and staged rollouts of tag changes.
