Operational coverage focused on VNPT’s carrier voice operations and business customer service lines across Vietnam, integrating the new platform into the operator’s voice transit and service delivery workflows. Governance and operational stewardship were aligned to carrier voice operations, with rollout activities announced in November 2024 and designed to enforce carrier security and high availability controls. The deployment strengthened VNPT’s VoIP transit and service offering by delivering scalable, secure and highly available PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems functionality through the Aarenet Class 5 System.
